Safety Regulations:  Students must adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines set by the school while
        traveling on the bus/van.
 Boarding and Alighting:  Students should board the bus/van in an orderly manner at designated stops and alight 
        only at their designated stop. Sudden changes in boarding or alighting points require prior written 
        consent from parents/guardians.
 Seat Allocation:  Students must occupy their allotted seats and refrain from changing seats without permission
        from the bus/van supervisor.
 Conduct:  Maintain discipline and decorum during the journey. Unruly behavior, shouting, or creating disturbances
        that may distract the driver or other passengers is strictly prohibited.
 Prohibited Items:  Possession or consumption of food, drinks, chewing gum, or any hazardous or illegal substances
        is strictly prohibited inside the bus/van.
 Emergency Procedures:  Follow the instructions of the bus/van supervisor in case of emergencies, including fire 
        drills or accidents. Students should remain calm and follow evacuation procedures.
 Personal Belongings:  Students are responsible for their personal belongings. The school is not liable for any 
        loss or damage to personal items during transit.
 Attendance:  Regular attendance on the bus/van is mandatory. Absence without prior notice may lead to temporary 
        suspension of bus/van privileges.
 Parent Communication:  Parents or guardians must inform the school in writing of any changes in transportation 
        arrangements or temporary suspension of bus/van services.
 Transport Fees:  Transport fees must be paid on time as per the schedule provided by the school administration. 
        Failure to pay may result in suspension of bus/van services.
